Body Expression

With 'body expression', (pre)scoolers try to explore the possibilities and limits of their body (body knowledge & body kinesiology) according to the needs of each activity. They acquire, therefore, a kinesthetic perception, a cognitive organization of movement, and a further control of their psycho-motor skills according to the requirements of each situation (e.g. writing motor skills).
The body, thus, is not considered the means of performing stereotypical exercises, but rather a vehicle for perception and expression accompanied by music and dance.
