Our Centre, continuing its educational activities, completed the second of the workshop series "Study System for school subjects" in the 7^th primary public school of Kalamata, on June 4^th, 2016.  

Both parents and teachers attended, in small groups, an alternative approach of studying systematically and actively the primary school courses. Firstly, taking the subject of History as example, the participants were trained to design and implement, step by step, the SQR3 study system for reading school textbooks.

Afterwards, the participants practiced pictorial representations (by a chart) of math problems and realized how this option helps students to understand the problem solving process. Lastly, they found how a child can handle division-multiplication operations (via games), and so develop spatial intelligence (via puzzles).
